A fine 2004 Silvia and Maria, born in '92, they meet at school, the first year of grammar school at Anzio, starting from the beginning to share their great passion for music. Over the years he enjoys writing lyrics in the classroom and school to see to sing together, thus creating a truly original duets: their intention was always to create music, but because of young age, and commitments school to be inconsistent with their desire, the project never went into port, so Silvia had also temporarily stop taking guitar lessons. Gigliola Meanwhile, younger sister of Maria surprisingly quickly ran through his career as a pianist, enrolling at the conservatory in Latin America. After years together in July 2010, Silvia and Mary finally decided to form a band and create their own songs, which remained for too long lifeless books and books of Greek, as "The Shiny Shadows", an oxymoron that fully reflects their personalities and ambivalence of the human soul itself. Their songs are born initially as an acoustic version Silvia played the guitar for four years now and also having a strong passion for singing is concerned with counter-voice, while Mary, thanks to his years of study behind becomes the lead singer. In September 2010, Gigliola, now attending the 6th year of the conservatory, by encouraging them from having listened to the songs of two young girls, decides to join the group playing the keyboard Shiny Shadows, bringing a considerable influence through the creation of classical virtuoso piece with keyboards in the group. The three girls begin to perform live with their unusual, but once they realize that without the support of the position he wanted to drum for each piece is not the same. So at the end of October 2010 is added to the group, the fourth woman, Elena, a drummer with a passion about a year, immediately intrigued by the idea of \u200b\u200ba 'women only', an idea that actually is missing in the panorama of Italian music. The four girls call their music "pop-rock" in quanto genere non troppo aggressivo, ma con la carica giusta in ogni pezzo dove risalta, chiara e forte, la loro passione incondizionata per ciò che fanno. Le influenze subite riguardano tutto il panorama musicale italiano e non, senza alcuna distinzione le loro orecchie sono abituate a passare da un genere all’altro, probabilmente anche grazie alla buona educazione musicale avuta in famiglia: dai Foo Fighters ai Guns‘n Roses passando per gli Evanescence, da Battisti ad Elisa, da Stevie Wonder ad Eric Clapton fino ad arrivare alle giovani band del momento come i Finley o i Vanilla Sky. Dopo aver raggiunto la formazione completa, ed essersi trovate, inizia per le Shiny Shadows, band al femminile di Anzio e Nettuno, un lungo viaggio all’insegna the passion that binds them inextricably: Music.
